KMP Advisory LLC · Las Vegas, Nevada · Last updated: 2026-08-04
This policy covers "KMP Advisory Fleet Alerts," an internal SMS notification program operated by KMP Advisory LLC (the "Company"). The program delivers automated operational alerts from the Company's monitoring application to the verified mobile number of the Company's operations contact. The program is internal to the Company's operations and is not offered to consumers or to the public.
One mobile telephone number: that of the Company's operations contact. It is entered into the configuration interface of the Company's monitoring software, where the program disclosure (program name, message frequency, cost notice, and HELP/STOP instructions) is displayed at the point of entry, and it is stored in an encrypted credential store on Company-controlled equipment. No other personal information is collected through this program.
The number is used for one purpose only: delivering automated operational alerts about the Company's own systems, for example a component failure, a monitoring deadline missed, or a condition requiring attention.
No mobile information is sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is disclosed only to the Company's licensed telecommunications provider (Twilio) and to participating carriers and service providers, strictly as necessary to deliver the Company's own messages.
Messages contain short operational status text. They contain no marketing content, no promotional offers, no embedded links, no investment advice or recommendations, and no third-party advertising.
Message frequency varies and is event-driven, typically zero to five messages per day. Message and data rates may apply according to the recipient's mobile plan.
Reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, OPTOUT, or REVOKE to any message to stop all messages. Reply START, UNSTOP, or YES to resume. Reply HELP or INFO for assistance.
Delivery records are retained by the telecommunications provider according to that provider's own policies. The Company retains alert logs on its own equipment for operational troubleshooting.
