"KMP Advisory Fleet Alerts" is an internal SMS notification program operated by KMP Advisory LLC (the "Company"). The Company's monitoring application delivers automated operational alerts about the Company's own computer systems and accounts to the verified mobile number of the Company's operations contact. Messages report faults and conditions requiring attention; they contain no stock tips, price alerts, investment recommendations, or advice of any kind.
The program is internal to the Company's operations. Its recipient is the Company's designated operations contact. It is not offered to consumers or to the general public, and no goods or services are sold, advertised, or promoted through these messages.
Consent is collected in the Company's internal configuration application. Before a mobile number can be entered, the application displays the program disclosure: program name, expected message frequency, the notice that message and data rates may apply, HELP and STOP instructions, and references to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Entering and saving the number is the affirmative act of consent. Consent to receive these alerts is specific to this program and is not bundled with any other agreement.
Message frequency varies with system conditions and is event-driven, typically zero to five messages per day. Message and data rates may apply according to the recipient's mobile plan.
Reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, OPTOUT, or REVOKE to any message to stop all further messages. Reply START, UNSTOP, or YES to resume. Reply HELP or INFO for assistance, or contact kent@kmpadvisory.com.
Messages are provided on a best-effort basis. Delivery depends on mobile carriers and third-party providers and is not guaranteed. The program is a secondary notification channel and is not relied upon as the sole means of monitoring.
Use of the program is subject to the accompanying Privacy Policy. No mobile information is sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
